Agreement to Terms

Products and Orders

We offer retail bottles, official samples, and decanted samples of fragrances. All products are represented as authentic and sourced from the brands directly, through authorized agents, or through wholesalers. If you have any concern about an item's authenticity, please contact us — see our [Refunds & Returns Policy] for how these concerns are reviewed.

Decanted samples are transferred by hand from original retail bottles into smaller containers for customer convenience. Decanted samples are not manufacturer-sealed, are not covered by any manufacturer warranty, and are not sold in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order, and will notify you if this occurs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Content on this Site created by us — including text, graphics, logos, and original images — is our property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Product images, trademarks, and brand names displayed on this Site belong to their respective owners and manufacturers, and are used solely to accurately describe and market the genuine products we offer, including decanted samples. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand or manufacturer referenced on this Site. All such trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties
