We strive to ensure your fragrances arrive quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Rates

• Standard (with tracking) - $10.00
• Standard (with tracking) for orders over $100 CAD - FREE

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days 

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is considered in the carrier’s possession. Delivery times, delays, or handling issues are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:
